* If your pet does not receive his vaccinations at GVC, please provide
a current vaccination record to us prior to check-in. If you pet needs to
have vaccines updated, please make an appointment prior to check-in.
New Requirement
– To ensure that we care appropriately for your senior pet or pet with
special medical needs, they need to be examined by a doctor upon arrival or
within one week prior to scheduled boarding dates. Please bring all
medications, and medical records (if not patients at GVC). Please call GVC
at 248-650-5900 for more information and to schedule this brief exam.
Holiday
Fees
Due to the holiday being a very busy time for the kennel, we staff
additional care givers for your pet(s). In order to provide the additional
necessary care, a holiday boarding fee has been implemented. This is a one
day fee applicable to each pet for all major holidays.

Holiday Boarding Reservation Policy
Goodison Veterinary Center is committed
to providing quality boarding services to our clients and their pets.
And in keeping with that commitment, careful planning and preparation is
required to ensure our guests receive the attention they deserve.
Holiday’s are the busiest times for our boarding facility. Due to the
high demand for pet boarding along with a growing number of last minute
cancellations we now have a holiday boarding reservation
policy for the following holidays.

Holiday reservations can now be made at anytime
for any holiday. Please check your dates carefully, as we will ask that you
pay in full for your pet’s reservation at the time it is made. All
reservations can be modified or fully refunded if we receive your request
more than 30 days prior to your reserved holiday. However, your reservation
dates become locked-in and nonrefundable 30 days prior to your reserved
holiday. Any other services your pet receives during their stay will be
paid for upon pick-up. Also, please check your pet(s) in and out only
during Kennel hours. Kennel Hours are Mon-Thurs 9-6, Friday 9-5, Sat 9-12
and Sun 4-6 (Discharge Only)
For your
pet’s comfort, you are welcome to bring up to two toys, a small blanket or
rug (something that can be laundered), treats, and food. We also provide
food, but we understand that some pets prefer their own food or have a
prescription diet. Please leave large beds and comforters at home. Our
facility is heated and air-conditioned to maximize your pets comfort.

like to tour our kennel facility, please call in advance. We’d be happy to
show you around. You can schedule reservations through the front desk or
call (248) 650-5900. If you have a reservation you no longer require,
please cancel in advance.
